Glen Waverley

A collection of eight contemporary townhouses in Glen Waverley, this project explores the articulation of medium-density living through a cohesive and carefully resolved architectural language. The design is underpinned by a disciplined composition of clean geometries, layered materiality, and a refined palette that balances warmth with durability.

The built form responds to its suburban context through a series of articulated volumes, breaking down the overall mass while maintaining a consistent streetscape presence. Vertical and horizontal elements are strategically expressed to create rhythm, depth, and visual interest across the façade.
